Abstract
As we know Currently, the impact of advertising on customers has caused many of them to
continuously change their buying behaviors and re-consider the products they buy.
The aim of the study is to find the effect of advertisement on online shopping sales. Dominant
factors are advertisement, brand image, and customer feedback. Data was gathered through an
online questionnaire from respondents of different backgrounds using Google form as a
platform.
Then the hypothesis was tested using the SPSS software. The research put light on the three
factors, advertisement, brand image, and customer feedback which had positive impact on online
shopping sales.
Keyboard: advertisement, brand image and customer feedback.

The internet is widely considered the most measurable of advertising media, but those easily

stimulates off-line sales, tooin most cases, our firm finds that online campaigns increase sales
more at advertisers’ retail cash registers than on their websites. The advertising profitably
increases purchases by 5%. 93% of the increase occurs in brick-and-mortar stores; 78% of the
increase derives from consumers who never click the ads.
According to a research the number of Internet users is increasing rapidly around the world in
Europe and around the globe. Beside that the number of internet users in Europe is increasing,
