The Federal Government Should Implement Policies to Improve Clean Power Initiatives
Continuously rising need for energy in the United States has aroused a big question, how to
implement reforms to change predominantly carbon-based natural resources power industry to
use renewable clean 0energy sources. Renewable energy sources are solar power, wind, water,
geothermal to name a few which are abundantly available on earth. This change will need a lot of
engagement from various public sector, people and activities to promote awareness. Department
of Energy should look into further subsidizing the cost of supplies to entities that are interested in
manufactural energy using these alternate forms and at the same time look into imposing limits
and implementing price penalties on entities that burn more oil or other natural resources that
cause pollution. It is very important for everyone to be aware of effects and possibilities of using
renewable forms of energy over using natural depleting resources like coal, natural gas.
