Why is there a sudden dropout of aendance from the different religions is a hard question to
answer. I do however think that I can touch upon some of the different topics that are causing such a
thing to happen. There is an obvious failure in today’s society when it comes to being ethical, intelligent,
truthful and other such ideas.
In todays society there is a clear need for everyone to always be looking out for themselves and
their own advancement and this causes many problems with the world at large. The main point that I am
trying to make here is that since everyone is looking out for themselves then there is no real need for
anyone to follow the tenants of Christianity because most of the tenants of Christianity are those of
being sel#ess and not looking out for only ones own interest. This leads to a huge conflict between
oneself and the church and thus a reason to leave the church because since most of society is not with
the church and looking out for themselves, if they join that same population, then they don’t have to
worry about the moral obligations to the church.
Then there is the idea that most people today are sad, depressed, bored, sexually proclivity
active. Since society has this belief that they should do whatever they want to make themselves happy,
this leads to them wanting to be more sexually active and thus away from the church that preaches
abstinence and not giving soley into the desires of the #esh. People now a days are also continually
active but even more bored and depressed than ever. This is because they are just playing games that
have no real meaning and accomplish nothing at all comared to being active in school or their job or
their social life. Since they play this meaningless games whether it is apps or other such stuff then this
causes them to become lost. This sense of loss is not a good thing and what leads them to being
depressed. Also they are not researching the ways of the lord and thus they are becoming even more
away from his word. Since they are getting more away from his word they are following ways of living
that are note exactly wholesome. This leads them to suicide and other such things which is really bad
because this is a creed from god that is not supposed to happen. Suicide in the religious nature bans you
from heaven and thus if a person does this then they are farther from god and thus not believing in the
tenants of the religion.
