Reflection
The past year and a half have been a crazy, unprecedented time for me and the rest of the
world. Starting college is a big enough change, but imagine starting college in the middle of a
global pandemic. Finally becoming an adult and attempting to learn to make it on my own was
already difficult. Having to juggle a job, school, social life, caring for family, and all the new
covid precautions and regulations was especially overwhelming. Nonetheless, I made it
somehow. This past semester has forced me to grow not only as a writer, but as an individual. I
