Introduction
When looking into the concepts of ethics, one must first realize that most individuals do
not fully possess a clear criterion in which are used to describe, analyze, and remedy concerns in
an organization. To think of this term “Ethics”, it is important to understand the actions, choices,
or behaviors made within the principles of a society or social settings. Most often these can be
found within addressing decisions taken by groups of individuals representing in company
organizations. This is why most companies focus on hiring team members who possess sound
moral principles with an intense drive to develop strong concepts for business ethics. While these
classes affect the decision of what is considered ethical or immoral in a business, they may also
