Abstract
This paper develops a project plan for “Red Zuma Project” which is a racing scooter
production and launch by ARC Company. The project plan includes the project’s schedule,
critical paths, risks, resources allocation, and necessary modifications to achieve the project
within the necessary date. Furthermore, it ends with a summary and a power point presentation.

This memo is a conclusion based on the analysis of a network schedule that includes a
Gantt chart, a network diagram with critical paths, and a schedule table including the slack for
each activity. It estimates the timeline and schedule for the project, highlights the critical paths,
