Final Test

My group project was for The Golden Square, located next to Top Golf at the Town Center. We are a
retail plaza that has an ACE Hardware, upscale seafood restaurant, and a hookah lounge as our anchors.
We also host a multitude of smaller retail shops. Due to the decrease in corporate growths, I believe our
vacancy rate would significantly increase because less companies are looking to expand and rent out
newer properties. Also, because of the decrease in residential real estate demand and an increase in local
unemployment, I believe we may face lower cash inflows than we originally anticipated. The Town Center
is especially attractive for lower-mid and upper-middle class residents, therefore the restaurants, grocery
stores, and retailers located here are a great fit for this dynamic. However, less families will have
