REACTION PAPER ABOUT GENDER AND SENSITIVITY
Gender equality is an important factor in developing and growing the Countries overall
performance. All the creatures in the universe have specific role. We all know that the best
creation of God is human, We gave us a will to do what we want. We all have equal
opportunities in education, in profession, cultures and etc. As a female living in the Philippines
promoting social and cultural rights. I often find myself concerning gender equality. Sometimes
I feel underestimated when it comes in showing my ability and knowledge. Women and men
should be respected no matter what the gender is. It is sad to know that not all countries are
exercising the gender equality because of their beliefs, but in my own opinion all of us has a
right to respect and honor even we all have different color, beliefs and social status. Giving
love, happiness and support to women is the best way instead of discriminating them. I’m
hoping that someday all of us will not concerning the gender inequality because gender
equality is practiced.
