If Raytheon were to continue with an untailored CSR plan, what would happen to their market
share compared to their competitors?
Raytheon faces different forces that are competing for the firm’s contract money. They
can use CSR to fix this problem, but they need to know which forces to address with
CSR. One of the ways they could look at these forces would be to use the Porter’s Five
