Business Plan
Entrepreneurs were the ones who had the vision, found the company, and made
money. They write a business plan, submit a bank statement to earn money, and work hard to
balance their company and earn their profits with their investors. But now, we are a starting
nation. We are the first world. Entrepreneurs have different motives for starting a business,
just as consumers have different motives for buying.
My entire work experience has always been in giving customer support for a business
face to face or online. This is what I really enjoy doing but it would be better off to start
doing it for myself rather than giving support for a company based on a monthly salary while
the company is benefiting a lot out of it. That is why my business idea is to create a business,
which would work on projects for many companies that would need customer support agents.
This idea maybe already exists but I still believe that the plan I am working on would
succeeds.
The plan is to organize experienced and professional people who want to achieve the
same as myself and work together rather then hiring new people as everyone would work for
themselves. The idea is to help other companies such as Gaming, English schools,
pharmaceutical companies, and companies like Expedia, Booking.com or hotel industries
with customer supporting as it would be money save and a lot of less work for those
companies as they really need strong customer supporting. The business location will be a
quite office where we can work freely with no interruptions. On the other hand, they would
use their personnel for face-to-face customer supporting and internal work and not for social
media and dealing with social reviews. When we settle the contracts with as much companies
as possible, we will start working on the business loan as we would need start up money.
When we have all this settle, we would show to the bank that everything is confirmed to start
the business, so the bank agrees to provide us with a business loan. Once this is done, we can
purchase a platform created by an experienced software engineer. When we pay for the
platform, we would request a training for it, so we are capable of using it on our own.
On the platform we need to have couple of option to communicate with the customers
of our clients. We need to have access to direct phone calls, chat on every social media
platform (Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter and so on) for direct communication. We
