QANTAS MACRO-ENVIRONMENT:
Demographic Factor:
It is the change in the population in any aspect e.g. changing family structures or
movement of population from rural areas to urban areas, better health care facilities
making people live longer. This factor is important because QANTAS can focus on those
hubs more where there is more movement of population and getting their structure
designed as per the changes in population.

disposable income of individuals andspending patterns and the business cycles. This factor
is important because, it will help understand QANTAS whether it should increase the
investment or flights per day on certain location or to grow its revenue or try to maintain
the market share.

This involves the natural resources needed for the organization as inputs. This is important
for the business in order to estimate future prices of inputs e.g. rising fuel costs.

organization in order to keep up with the technology which might be focused on reducing
the input or carrying cost of the aircrafts e.g. more fuel efficient aircrafts.

the activities of the business. This is also important for the business because the hubs
