Throughout the history of time, people have divided themselves into groups that defined their
nature under specific qualities; traits that were common among certain people resonated between
them. This interaction, within the constraints of society, helps create the diverse community that makes
society function, whether it is dysfunctional or smoothly running. In current times, society has drastically
shifted from a concentrated focus on the working class towards a more self-sufficient, powerless middle
class, which is made up of the working class since the late 1980’s. During the industrial movement, labor
conditions and practices were substandard, ranging from poor working environments to maximizing
profits via layoffs and wage lowering. To some extent, this broad acceptance of unfair practices helped
lead the current society into the turmoil we all face. Big corporations maintain their levels of profit by
hiring workers for lower wages, much the same way workers who did not protest received incentives
