Relationship and communication building can be hard for people. Anne Loehr Is
the writer of the article “Coaching Eight Quick Tips For interpersonal Communication &
relationship building” in huffington post, also she is a coach for people that want to help
build relationships and communicating skills. Companies would call her in and she holds
a seminar for people that works in the company. There are plenty of things she talks
about but the main things she says in eight tip points. Which I will discuss the strength
and weakness of each point and I will also discuss how I would rearrange the point.
The first tip was assume the best intentions of the person. The strength of this
point is that it says assume the “best”. Assuming the best is good because it always
