As we know that the Egyptian government is facing many obstacles in providing public
services, and that the presence of non-qualification or unskilled labor and the spread of
bribery and corruption in that government institutions: Ministries or the Office of
governorates or local councils.
But there are some government institutions that provide public services characterized by
excellence and professionalism, transparency and serve the state over the years, such as the
Egyptian military establishment, which is, hand builds and hand carries weapons, they
offer a lot of civil services to the people.
This is not everything, there are many public figures in various fields that provide public
services and voluntary and charity such as Dr. “Magdi Yacoub,” the famous heart surgeon
and considered one of the most famous heart surgeons in the world and the owner of “Dr.
Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation In Aswan” that helps many people for free, and among
those important figures “Nobel prize winners” includes Former President “Mohamed
Anwar Sadat” the hero of war and peace who won this prize for peace and served his
country in several ways such as military, political, cultural and agricultural fields. And also
includes “Ahmed Zewail” known as the “father of femtochemistry” he won the 1999
Nobel Prize in Chemistry for his work on femtochemistry and became the first Egyptian
scientist to win a Nobel Prize in a scientific field, he founded “Zewail City of Science and
