Protections for Transgender Students of Florida
The transgender students of Florida should be granted full time protections to use the
bathroom of the gender they identify as, because forcing them to use the bathroom of their
biological sex can endanger their lives as well as cause physiological trauma. These
endangerments include sexual harassment, sexual assault, and/or battery. UCLA School of Law’s
