Evaluation Criteria
Projects are not things that happen every time, they happen once at a time. Hence there is
the need to ensure that any objectives of a given project are well met by ensuring no part of the
project is overlooked. Hence it is advisable that the project managers may need some little time
ahead of the launch just to figure out what is to be achieved and why. Some projects do not
end up successfully, this may be attributed to issues like the interests of the managers and also
it may be due to lack of resources. Thus to ensure that our project was adequately completed,
we had the following criteria used to gauge the completeness. These include the scope, the
timing, the cost and the quality (Project Management Institute, 2013).
