1) Describe the interaction between vision and mission
Vision: The vision is once-sentence statement which describes what an organization wants to
achieve. There are few things to consider while drafting a vision statement, what are we as an
organization seeking to solve? Where are we headed? Where do we want to see ourselves in the
future? Vision is “Where you want to go”
Mission: This defines an organization’s objectives, business & the approach to reach those
objectives. In other words, mission describes how does an organization achieve its vision. Things
to consider while drafting mission statement, What’s the purpose of the organization? Why does
our organization exist? Mission is “How to get there”
