Background
Employees are the most important part of an organization. But as we study in different research papers

performance due to employee satisfaction and we conduct the research.
Organization Culture
Organization’s culture is a key factor which effect employees in a very broad way, which affect the
employee’s capabilities and commitment or performance towards the organization. Culture is one of
more affective variable if culture is learning and positive it will help relationship between employee and
organization (Anis, Rehman, Nasir, & Safwan, 4 April 2011). Organization culture direct effect on the
retention of the employees if culture towards employees feels pride of organization turn over low the
performance of employee also increases (Hassan, Razi , Qamar , Jaffri , & Suhail , 2013).
Job Security
Job security refers to being loyal to the same organization without any consideration of curtailment of
the pay, seniority and pension rights (Melt, 1989). When an organization provides stable employment
for their employees, it may also be called employee or employee security (Herzberg, 1968). If there is
lack of promotion, working condition and no career opportunities this will impact of employee security
employee will feel un-comfortable and may be switch the job (Pfeffer, 1995).
Employee Satisfaction
That variable (employee satisfaction) is not a strong variable but its significance widely use in field of
(OD) subject like psychology and organizational behavior because it is part of human need or psychology
of all employee all around the world (Aziri 2011). Many scholars and writers explained job satisfaction
bases on their views one of statement by Hop pock (1935) job satisfaction is form of psychological
environmental as well as physiological circumstances On the basis of this definition, level of job
satisfaction is represented by what actually causes the feeling of satisfaction. Another definition given
by Vroom (1964) effective orientation of employee in respect to their task, responsibilities and
schedules is what defines job satisfaction; this definition put much emphasis on the role played by an
employee in the working place. According to Spector (1997) which states that job satisfaction centers
mostly on the feelings on every employee about their whole job, which emphasizes on the level to
which individuals like or hate their jobs. Job satisfaction serves as a benchmark on how employees
either feel positive or negative about their job and that is the main reason why job satisfaction and
dissatisfaction are always present at certain point and situation (Davis, Nestrom 1985)
Employee Performance
It is great opportunity rather than threat to get more performance from lower performance employees
if high reward, culture or giving more satisfaction to employees. To support your employees or trust
your employees in the organization or it may relate to behavior related to work of the employee (Iqbal,
2013).
Employee’s performance is the dependent variable for any organization. Some of the main variables are
associated with the employee’s performance to perform remarkable to attain the targeted goals of the
employee as well as the organizational perspective. We also evaluate the manager’s duties for the
