I am aware of your upcoming annual conference and would like to take this opportunity to inform you of
our special offer we have at Alderstone. Our hotel has many amenities to offer to provide a great

As I mentioned previously the amazing waterfront view will be able to be enjoyed right outside our

options that can all be served with a great rate of fifteen percent off as long as we have your conference
scheduled on our books by the end of this month. Our main goal here at Alderstone is to make sure all
of our guests have the greatest experience. For our business customers we also offer all of our other
amenities that our hotel guests enjoy, such as our gym, free Wi-Fi, and our pool and sauna at no charge.
