Personal Brand Statement: I am a hard-working individual that focuses on ge,ng the job
done in the most e.ec/ve manner. I strive for my op/mal level of performance every day from
the smallest tasks such as being punctual to the larger tasks such as large team projects and
managing a business.
Being a junior college I have put a lot of thought behind my plans for the future and
potential careers. I have narrowed it down to running my family’s insurance brokerage company.
My uncle started the company twenty years ago and turned into a company with over 200
franchises around the country. I grew up in that environment which has given me an inside
scoop inside the world of entrepreneurship. I plan on running o3ces for a few years until I have
enough capital to invest into a medical marijuana dispensary. With my family already owning
three medical dispensaries and the extreme amount of growth in that industry I see that as my
foreseeable future. My job description as an owner of the insurance o3ces would be hiring,
6ring, accounting, and overseeing my employees to ensure that they are in the company’s best
interest.
In my case, I will not be an employee but I still have requirements to run the company
such as ensuring I have the proper licenses, whether it be for the sale of medical marijuana or
