Productive Counterargument: Rape Victim Blaming
College is a time for many young adults to have fun and let loose. Most students are only
between the ages of 18 and 22. Newly released from the nest, they are left to fend for themselves
and prove that their decision-making skills are up to par. To balance out a hectic workweek filled
with classes, lectures, clubs and meetings, the weekend brings a welcoming change of pace.
Sleeping in all day and going out until the early hours of the morning is typical of many
