redesign for the 2007 model year no further changes for 2008. To meet European
environmental and fuel-economy requirements, BMW designed an entirely new engine. It
produces roughly the same horsepower as before; however, now a turbo booster in the Cooper
S, distributes 177 pound-feet of torque from 1600 to 5000 rpm, meaningfully cultivating its
performance, but the look is very similar. It’s a practical car, with comfortable seats, useful
cargo space, and gets 28 to 37 miles per gallon. Along with the 2007 redesigned engine, BMW
styling and interior offers an extensive variety of styling options, with choices not only in
upholstery style, material, and color, but also in trim panels, accent panels, and ambient lighting.
