Align Technologies and Infosys, though similar sounding in name, are manufacturing and
service companies utilizing both similar and unique processes to create value for their
consumers. The following is analysis of what features make their business operate and how they
manage consumer needs against consumer-introduced variability. How these two models work
will be compared against how they may benefit my career goals.
Align Technologies is the manufacturer for Invisalign, an orthodontic device that has
