Introduction: J. Smith & Associates has acquired a new building in Scottsdale, Arizona
and plan to use this building as J. Smith & Associates new corporate headquarters. This decision
to move the headquarters would greatly advance their capabilities to manage and provide better
support to their entire organization. The building is a bare bone building and must be outfitted to
function as a large organization headquarter and must be able to communicate and support
personnel and requirements from other out of state locations with management, employee and
customer needs. It is very important to J. Smith & Associates to be able to make the transition as
seamlessly and transparent as possible.
Purpose of the Plan: J. Smith & Associates contracted The Leandry Group to provide the
necessary telecommunications and information technology required to support J. Smith &
