Hello everyone, today, I will analyze this book “oh, the places you’ll go!” By
Dr.Seuss which is about one of the greatest achievements in life: graduation. On
this occasion, the author tells us about the obstacles we must face to achieve
what we want and Encourage everyone to achieve the highest goals, which will
lead them to the knowledge of the world.
As you can see, the size of the book is an elongated rectangular format. It is a
little bit big book. The size of the picture against the book page most books have
the entire pages with full colors which caught everyone’s attention, and There are
only two or three pages with white background.
As you can see, the picture here is a rainbow and in the middle is a little boy. The
amount and quality of colors are being used in this illustration, bright colors, such
as white, pink, orange, green, etc.
The line is a little thin, but you can see the text and picture clearly. The
interaction between words and pictures in this book is symmetrical because
some of the pictures give us an idea of what’s happening in the text. The medium
used was watercolor because as you can see the book is full of light color that
attracts a lot of attention.
I have this book because it belonged to my niece, it was a gift from her
kindergarten teacher, but you can find it or buy it in any store online on amazon
give up. As dr Seuss says, your mountain is waiting, so get on your way.
