This coffee company needs a messaging solution that is fast, reliable, secure compatible.
I have selected Microsoft exchange as a messaging solution because it is equipped with all these
qualities. This paper is a detailing a research on all that is needed in terms of mail box, data
storage, software and all need to bring this messaging solution to its full potential.
First step is to identify the problem. The coffee company has 10 000 users and expects
1% growth with 200 messages a day. It requires specifications on software, hardware storage and
many other things to make sure its fully functional and its saving the purpose for its customers.
The problem that this company has is hard to solve without Microsoft Exchange.
Exchange is best for a lot of professional businesses and it will be the best for this company. The
