Mrs. Daniels,
Here is the report you requested regarding store improvements. You have been
considering making a change in the store atmosphere by incorporating video in all
the stores. Other competitors around the area have made these improvements to
their stores and have gotten very positive feed back from their customers. Making
these changes would improve the overall atmosphere and culture of our stores.
