Mike Myatt is a leadership advisor for Fortune 500 CEOs and Boards, he is also a syndicated
columnist and contributing editor on topics on leadership, innovation and problem solving. Myatt
wrote about why he believes that businesses don’t fail but the fact that leaders do. In his column
he explains the 15 top reasons why leaders fail, he talks about the excuses, explanations,
rationalization, and justifications for business failures. His column focuses more on how leaders
and upper management are not doing their job correctly, and how there should be more
