Why I Want to Abolishing a Constitutional Right
I was asked to choose a right from the pages I read in the text book that I feel should not
be constitutionally protected, and then explain why I think it shouldn’t be protected by the
constitution. I chose to take on the death penalty as I have always thought that it was an outdated
right that needs to go. I will be comparing the pros and cons of the death penalty in this essay.
