Although some may not consider Elizabeth Warren a major player in the United
States government’s leadership hierarchy, the Massachusetts senator has showcased
her charisma and leadership talents effectively and successfully since her election in
2012. She was a particularly strong figure in the most recent presidential election. She
has strong opinions about how things should be, and she makes it her mission to
ensure her opinions are heard, followed, and understood. She is a Democrat who fights
for equality and justice. She uses her elected role and consequent power to lead our
country in the way she sees best. She truly is a force to be reckoned with.
She certainly embodies the characteristics of a charismatic and transformational
leader. She cares deeply about issues, is a role model for the beliefs and values she
