On May 25th, 1787, James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson and other
52 framers start the Federal Convention. During this Convention, the “Federalist papers”
have been published. Federalist and Antifederalists had been discussing how and whom to
control the country. Alexander Hamilton and James Madison as delegates of Federalists
mentioned that United States should be a national family and power should be centered in a
national government that based on supporting from public. On the other hand,
Antifederalists supported that power should be dispersed between states and should trust
the citizens. At the end of the Convention, “Federalists paper” had been passed and created.
There are 85 articles in “Federalist papers”. James Madison, who was liberal politician and
also was the 4th president in U.S., wrote the No.10 and No.51.
