Summary:
For this weeks assignment I found an article that is pertaining to a juvenile who
has been defined as a “repeat offender”. The Juvenile Justice Board had decided to deny
this particle teenager, who was the driver of a Mercedes that was involved in a hit-and-
run, and was considered a repeated offender because he had already faced challans
earlier. In this article, it said that the Board decided to deny the application because a
police officer had provided evidence to show that this teen had been in other accident
