There is a lot involved with how the supervisor’s role in synchronizing his or
her plans with organization plans. In order to properly plan there is a lot to also be
considered in their areas of responsibilities. Having a mission and vision statement
would be beneficial to achieve those goals and complete tasks.
A Mission statement is basically a statement of the organizations or
companies’ beliefs systems and their purpose for being in business. A vision
statement is management’s view of the company’s future growth and goals. It is
