There are various channels in the market that is available to Samsung. The three areas are Sales
and Services dealers, Modern Retail and Distributors. Modern retail could include segments like
retailers such as Croma, Hypercity and other modern electronic retail chains. While the Sales
and Services dealers will manage the accounts for Samsung and would be more involved more of
the corporate sales. Showrooms of the most recent products are done by the dealers. Samsung
has a single distributor who distributes throughout a territory. SSK distributors who distributes
all Samsung products, is also a company who is invested in Samsung. This allows for the
company and distributor to go hand and hand to sell these products. So, Samsung products are
sold to a single distributor who then sells to the retailers. Within the distribution network
Samsung goes from manufacturer to vendor to supplier and finally the factory. Once received at
the factory the product could go to the Branch Warehouse from there it will be sent to distributer,
direct dealer or retail stores such as AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile and Best Buy. The
showrooms and retailers can provide the consumer the convenience of testing out the product
and see what the product may have to offer to each person. While in a retail store a customer can
