ENCOUNTER
Exchange is simply similar to work immersion but there is a huge difference between the
two. Exchange is more likely to experience the works of others in the way of how they are doing
it while work immersion is more experiencing on how work is done. As far as I remember when I
do the work immersion during senior high school my experience was not that good because I was
expecting that it is more related to my course and while working I was not happy wherein I was
doing something by folding manila paper and I was bored. When I heard of this exchange I was
curious and try to ask the seniors as what they have experience and what is exchange all about.
Then this where I ask myself that what would be to possible experience that I will have, during the
