The three elements of the human resources planning model is:
Forecasting staffing needs, seeing if and what your employees need.
Supply and demand: Getting the supplies based on what you as a company needs.
Evaluating supply: Checking your inventory to see if everything is up to date with what
you will need.
This model can be very helpful to a variety of companies.
The competitive environmental forces that influence a firm’s strategies are: the firm’s
customers, rival firms, new entrants, substitutes and suppliers. Strategic planning allows
you to plan everything out so you can adjust to the competition of other companies. You
are trying to gain the advantage because it will allow you to be a more profitable company.
The criteria that must be met to achieve a competitive advantage through the employees is
you have to establish a set of core capabilities that distinguish you from other companies,
this will include key talents that most of the employees can provide.
The approach I would use would be qualitative because you go to the management to
check on the company, in which would be better than the quantitative because the numbers
can be wrong, especially if they are added up or in the wrong places.
The corporate strategy is for finding out what companies in the market the company itself
will compete against. The business strategy is a strategy on how the company will compete
in other markets. Companies need to look at both of these because, if you know both how
