Personal Theory of Classroom Management
Managing a classroom is a talent that requires patience, cleverness and dedication.
Luckily for me I have all those characteristics plus I know a few tricks that can help me even
more. Classroom management method changes depending on the grade level of the classroom,
and the professionalism of the educator. Usually I learn classroom management tricks from my
teachers and professors, I am carefully observing mistakes they are making right now, just so I
won`t make them in future. Since I will be teaching high school students, most of my
observations are based on them.
My favorite teacher of all times is Mr. Marc Julian, he is strict, respectful and respected,
and he is extremely funny. My plan is to follow his exact footsteps. Teaching high school is not
