Personal statement
Firstly, I am terribly sorry for this matter to have taken up your time.
This is Lin shiyue, and my student number is 4463432.
I had received the information that I have an academic misconduct in MGMT316 final
examination on 14th November. At the end, the exam team tells me that I had
communicated with other student during the MGMT316 exam.
However, I do not agree. I am pretty sure I did not speak any words during the whole
exam. I do not know what does the exam supervisor see. And I think that I need to fill
your in what happened and state the whole accident thus and so.
When I finished the exam, I prepared to hand in my paper, and then I back in the seat to
look around, my goal is to find the teacher to hand in the exam paper. And I had eye
contact with supervisor as I intended to submit my exam paper, and I am sure this
supervisor had seen me. However at the same time, I realized just have ten minutes left. So
I turn back. Later, when I backed the seat again and waiting for hand in paper, the
supervisor come and taken my student ID.
I am depressed when I received this information, and I questioned why she said I had
communicated with other student. Thus I want to provide some supporting information to
evaluate I am telling the truth.
At first, obviously, space between table and table is narrow, when I back in the seat; my
