Cruising Around the West Caribbean
In July of 2017, my boyfriend and I went on a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico, Belize City,
Belize, and Roatan, Honduras. This cruise was a memorable experience because it was so much
fun and I absolutely love to travel.
The first port of call was Cozumel, Mexico. On this day, we rode a catamaran to a private
beach called Passion Island. When we arrived at the island, we went to a pavilion to eat dinner,
which was delicious Mexican food. We spent most of that day swimming in the crystal-clear
water of Cozumel.
The next day we went to Belize. Because the cruise ship could not get permission to dock at
this port, due to protecting the wildlife, we had to get off the ship onto a smaller boat that took us
to land. We spent most of the day shopping. We left this port early to spend the rest of the day on
the ship.
