Ukai Japanese Steakhouse
We went to the Japanese full services restaurant at dinner time. The restaurant is
vaguely divided into two parts. One side is probably for a couple or single customer be–
cause the tables are designed for 4 people or less and the aquarium brings us romantic
atmosphere. The other side is for family or organizations. There are also big tables fit
seven people to sit. Customers sit surrounding the iron plate and enjoy cooking perfor–
mance.
The lighting of this restaurant is definitely more dim than I expected. I think this
restaurant aims to show cooking performance more because it includes the fire show.
They try to use the way of contrast between the dim lighting and the brightly fire.
