Melvin Carter, a Southern Mississippi country boy, is a very intelligent fun and outgoing
person. I am from a rural and dense populated city, which is Metcalfe, MS. My hometown is —
very quiet and peaceful and is the perfect little place to retire and live a peaceful life. Out of all
important things in my life, I value my education. I value my education and focus so hard on it,
