Introduction
This paper discusses the future and entrepreneurial plans that will lay the groundwork
for future career, business and personal growth. This paper shall cover the process
taken to create and identify the vision for personal development as well as growth in the
identified field or business. This personal business plan shall cover personal evaluation
and analysis prior to the creation of vision and mission. As well as identification of
personal strengths and weaknesses that can help create the marketing strategies that
can be presented to society. These can also be used in the identification of risks and
mitigate such risks in the future. Lastly, evaluate oneself in the ethics and stand one
shall take in order to make a positive contribution to the society and community one
belongs to. Every human being in the world desires fulfillment and has a sense of
belongingness in the community and society. One does not live on basic necessities.
The social impact of a person is also important to determine one’s fulfillment. This is
achieved through careers or gains achieved through business growth or societal impact.
This personal business plan shall cover how one can achieve this in the future using the
learning gained from years of education and experience. A business cannot succeed
without a plan, this is also applied to individuals and how one can succeed in the future.
One must also think of ethics and values that would affect how one makes a decision in
their future. It is also important that one surrounds himself with influences that would
help him grow to a better person and not just a successful one. All of this will be
covered in this paper and will be discussed in detail in each section.
Vision and opportunity
Our goals and plan when we finish university is to gain the most life experience that one
may achieve and to create the most positive impact on the people we interact with. This
can be through getting work experience where one can be exposed to people from
various parts of the world. Personal growth is also achieved through getting proper life
experience through mentorship from my elders as well as other mentors that i may
encounter in the future.
In the creation of the personal mission and vision statement, these are the key
questions that shall guide the person: Why are you doing what you are doing? this
question is important as it ensures that one’s thoughts, time, actions or energies always
have purpose rather than spending the three things that one considers as the most
important resource on things that does not have purpose nor value. Next guiding
question would be: How are you different from the others who are doing the same
thing? Creating difference is the only way that one can separate yourself from the
others. Being different makes an important value as it can separate from others as well
as offer something different that what the others are giving. attaining difference also
ensures that growth and learning is continued. one can be different from others when
one is continuously learning thus being able to improve products, talents, abilities, skills,
products or services from others. it can also keep up with the constant changes in the
