Professor Pintor,
Per your request, here is a summary regarding my personal brand assessment to provide insight
on the values and perceptions I wish to convey as a professional. This report will include
information regarding my CultureMatch results, the underlying values of my identity, how I wish
to be perceived in the business world, and common themes between my ideal environment and
how I want to be perceived.
My CultureMatch
The results from My CultureMatch fell very closely in line with how I act/feel every day, and it
helped me to better understand my professional persona. Receiving a score in the “middle” for
Collaboration and Consideration, Extraversion and Decisiveness, and Precision and Planning,
alongside a “low” score in Innovation and Change, I learned a number of things: I value
individuals and relationships between teammates, but want to stay productive and efficient. I
have always felt the most comfortable in a leadership role, but I thrive with competition and
