In the conventional sense, an Entrepreneur is someone who designs and launches a new
business, but to me the term goes far deeper than that. Being an Entrepreneur means that
you have accepted a leadership role in society, in which you have entered into an
agreement with the community and your customers to keep them satisfied based on the
product or service you are offering. The intrigue into Entrepreneurship is obvious, the
flexibility to be your on boss, the freedom of making your own decisions, and the exercise
of creativity. But what is often forgotten is the tremendous burden that can be making your
stakeholders and clientele happy, managing the books and most importantly finding a way
to pay back your investors. An Entrepreneur is going to make to make mistakes, but that is
the point, instead of taking a 9-5 job where your decisions and responsibility are minimal
you have choose to take a massive risk where the end payout is personal growth.
In 2012, I started Green Loop Exports, a business that focuses on the Import and Export of
Plastics Raw material goods, primarily from the United States to Asian countries and vice
versa. Due to the Massive Plastic Resin Producers, such as DuPont, Sabic, and Eastman, I
am able to procure post industrial scrap streams that are needed (but unavailable) to much
