Patience and Determination: Key to Succeeding at Work
Every person has their own personality which was molded through experience and
daily practice. When we apply for a job, we often showcase our finest, showing the hiring
manager our pleasing personality, and highlight to them our best qualities. Employers
immediately see our personality at the first day of meeting them, either believing our self–
proclaimed traits or doubting them as it is only the first encounter. PeopleDynamics (2021)
stated that personality has relevance in defining a person’s strength and weaknesses.
Most employers take risks hiring employees as they do not truly know the real character
of a person and what traits does this person possesses. There are a lot of good traits to
mention for employers for them to be amazed and admire us, but what I think I possess
are patience and determination.
