achieve?
Panera Bread is a company with unique and e*ec&ve concept and strategy which
has given them a compe&&ve advantage over its compe&tors in the submarket
industry. Panera Bread’s strategy includes providing specialty bakery and cafe
experience to urban workers and suburban dwellers. There a triple threat with
their compe&&ve advantage: product, environment, and great service. They
specialize in fresh baked bread that made with quality and detail, made to order
sandwiches, custom roasted co*ees and other cafe beverage. Panera Bread’s
strategies can be categories under the Best-Cost Provider strategy. Panera Bread
provide a fairly common café beverages around the country, but they have
manage to offer their products at lower cost to its rivals and s&ll gives customers
more value for their money by incorpora&ng good to excellent product
a3ributes. Panera is trying to build a compe&&ve advantage based on the triple
combina&on of Product, Environment, and Great service.
