Dear Virtual Treasures,
I am contacting you on behalf of Ms. Donna K. Lilly, the owner of Pamper Palace Spa located in
Weymouth, MA. It has been brought to our attention a recent transaction concerning the
acquisition of Virtual Treasures’ Tahitian Monoi Tiare coconut oils. After careful review, it was
discovered that there was a duplicate charge on our business account and expect this is an error
that can be undoubtedly, revised.
Here at Pamper Palace Spa we esteem our business connections. That being we might want to
reinforce our relationship. Here are the complexities that we might want to see improve with
the end goal for us to keep up our business relationship. Virtual Treasures’ has charged Pamper
Palace Spas on two separate occasions. A few weeks ago, Ms. Lilly purchased one French press
coffee pot, priced at $19.00 and received two instead; her account was charged $38.00. Action
was not taken as both coffee pots would be used in the spa. The second instance is the recent
purchase of the Monoi Tiare oil and a bar of soap totaling at $58.00. The oil was featured in a
French magazine that sparked interest with Ms. Lily and she wanted to evaluate the product
