Overview on Human Sexuality
I was born in the 90s, so when I was born, I used to watch what was going on, my parents,
neighbors, and just what other people were doing in general. So, when I saw that they were other
parents who got along or parents who were going through a divorce, I was always scared because
I did not want to be the person living that life. A bad one where everyone is going through a
divorce; as a child, I wanted my family to stay together, my dad did not know how to be a man
and stick to one woman. When I started middle school, that is when I started to look at life
differently. My parents let me take public transportation to get to school, and that was the best
time because you have freedom and think you are grown, and seeing a lot of other teenagers
doing it. I started to look at boys differently, flirting, dressing up nice to impress them.
