Overview of Integrated Medical Solutions
This paper covers the brief description of the proposed structure and elements of a business
plan on a medical billing company. The name of our particular business is Integrated Medical
Solutions, created for purposes of offering medical billing services to healthcare organizations and
physicians. Given the numerous health reforms aimed at improving the service delivery to patients
in the health agencies, there is increased need to improve operations in management of various
aspects of healthcare systems (Boonstra & Broekhuis, 2010). This has called upon the healthcare
organizations to consider outsourcing billing activities to third party organizations like Integrated
Medical Solutions. The principal aim of the organization is to address the gaps present in medical
