MBAEX – 8101: ORGANIZATIONZAL BEHAVIOUR & MANAGING TRANSITIONS

OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE:
1. To help students executives gain an understanding of some basic
behavioural and organizational processes.
2. To help them adopt a startegic approach of managing people and ensuring
positive organizational performance.
3. To help them understand individual, group and organizational behaviour for
the purpose of increasing individual and organizational effectiveness.
INTERNAL ASSESSMENT AND ASSIGNMENTS (30 MARKS):
The internal assessment will be a continuing process based on classroom
attendance, active participation in the classroom discussions and exercises, mid-
term test, article/or book review, and field work (group assignment).
